Earth Tone Collection

Powered by Circulose®, TENCEL™, Recycled Cotton and LYCRA® EcoMade.

Next-generation fiber-dyed denim delivering consistent color and uniform wash at scale, while reducing water and chemical usage.

A clean, natural earth tone palette with an authentic vintage look and soft hand feel, built for modern denim programs.

ADM’s fiber dyed denim fabric represents a fundamental shift in how color is applied to denim. Rather than dyeing yarn or finished fabric, color is locked into the raw fiber before spinning. This produces superior colorfastness, more even color penetration across the entire cross-section of the yarn, and a significantly reduced environmental footprint through lower water and chemical consumption. The result is a clean, natural earth tone palette with an authentic vintage aesthetic and soft hand feel — qualities that are difficult to achieve with conventional dyeing methods.

ADM’s fiber dyed denim program is powered by Circulose®, TENCEL™ Lyocell, Recycled Cotton, and LYCRA® EcoMade — sustainable materials that align with the growing demand from global fashion brands for traceable, lower-impact textiles. Each fabric in this collection is developed to deliver consistent color at scale while reducing the water and chemical intensity associated with traditional denim manufacturing. ADM is one of a small number of mills globally that specialises in fiber dyed denim production at commercial scale.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Fiber dyeing applies colour before spinning, requiring less water, fewer chemicals, and producing less effluent than yarn or piece dyeing. Combined with sustainable input fibres, it offers one of the lowest footprints of any denim construction at commercial scale. ADM’s fiber dyed programme uses Circulose, TENCEL Lyocell, and LYCRA EcoMade — sustainable materials that deliver consistent colour while reducing water and chemical usage — making ADM one of the few mills globally offering this construction to fashion brands at production volumes.

Circulose is a patented material made from 100% textile waste — old garments dissolved and reborn as dissolving pulp used to produce new lyocell or viscose fibres. It is one of the few genuinely circular textile materials available today. ADM uses Circulose as an input in its fiber dyed denim programme because it delivers consistent dyeability at the fiber stage while giving brands certified circular content from a chemically processed, traceable source — meeting the most demanding sustainability briefs from global fashion brands sourcing from ADM.

Fiber dyed denim delivers equal or superior performance in tensile strength, tear resistance, and colour consistency. Its key advantage is colorfastness — colour locked into the fibre before spinning produces different but highly controlled wash-down characteristics. ADM’s fiber dyed programme uses TENCEL Lyocell, recycled cotton, and LYCRA EcoMade to deliver fabrics with a soft hand feel, natural drape, and the muted earthy tones that define contemporary sustainable fashion — available to brands as both fabric-only supply or finished garments from ADM’s integrated Karachi facility.
